Kid in Me Catering is catering with the “kid at heart in mind.” Initially K.I.M.C. focused on introducing children to a few basic tips of the Culinary Arts via workshops and private parties. The children had a wonderful time with the K.I.M.C. for Kids concept — the adults wanted to share in the fun!!!
This resulted in the development of KIMC Themed Events, Corporate Events and KIMC Private Chef – Balance Meets Flavor. Our variety of services now allows us to cater our menus to almost anyone.

Principals
Chef Kolani Williams established KID IN ME CATERING (K.I.M.C.) in 1999 with her “child at heart” in mind. It was during training at Southern California School of Culinary Arts that Kolani decided to partner her corporate business savvy with the art of food.
Valerie Gales joined KIMC as the Catering Director. Her strategic planning and organizing coupled with her passion for food add just the right mix of talented ingredients to KIMC.
